About Us

Boutique Housekeeping owners walking their dogs.

Harriet and Caroline first met whilst walking their dogs in 2016 and this is when the idea of Boutique Housekeeping was born. They both wanted to make a difference to people’s lives, create worthwhile jobs and offer a sustainable service and knew that the role of domestic help needed vastly improving. They knew that with highly trained staff, a truly professional service could be offered.

Caroline with 3 children and 2 dogs had always tried to juggle her love of all things domestic (baking, huge roast dinners, and happy children) whilst also managing a demanding job in footwear, travelling the world and being on call at all times of the day. The daily balancing act could be tricky at times and she knew there had to be a better way.

Harriet, from an equestrian background, has a love of order and organisation (although if you met her gorgeous dog Walter, you wouldn’t quite believe it!). Mostly she loves to help and support others. Always positive; for Harriet, the idea of helping people fall in love with their homes again, was an opportunity to be jumped at.

Together they form quite a team. Their initial concept has grown into a lifestyle service sharing their knowledge gained through Boutique Housekeeping to help improve the lives and households of so many happy clients.

We pride ourselves on having the most incredible team who consistently go above and beyond. Their experience, training and use of their own initiative makes them a perfect partner in your home. They will spot things you have not noticed, clear dirt that was hiding and tidy your cupboards. They will refresh the flowers, clean the bins and deliver sparkling bathrooms. When you get home you can just sit back and relax knowing that your home is in safe and caring hands.
