When Harriet and I created the business we wanted to create an offering in the cleaning and housekeeping sector that truly put our customers at the heart of everything we did. Why shouldn't they have the help they needed in just the way they needed it? Why suffer poor training, lack of reliability, lack of consistency and poor communication?
