Uk Business tackling the hidden second workload of family life wins influential women in business award in housekeeping & home services 2026

Boutique Housekeeping has been named the recipient of the Innervision Global Influential Woman in Business Award in Housekeeping & Home Services 2026.

Founded by Harriet and Caroline, Boutique Housekeeping began after the pair met while walking their dogs in 2016 and discovered a shared desire to improve the standard of domestic support.
Both wanted to make a meaningful difference to people's lives, create worthwhile jobs and provide a more professional approach to housekeeping and home services.
Their vision centred on highly trained staff, reliable support and a service designed to make everyday home life easier.
Since then, Boutique Housekeeping has grown into a trusted lifestyle service, helping clients enjoy happier, more organised homes across the UK while continuing to create valuable employment opportunities.
Caroline Chilley, founder of Boutique Housekeeping, said: “There is a mental drain that comes with running a busy family home that thousands of people experience every day but rarely talk about.
“It's not simply doing the jobs. It's remembering that something needs doing, planning it, organising it and constantly thinking about what comes next.
“Family life has changed enormously, but the support available to families hasn't necessarily changed with it.
“We believe expert home management can create calmer lives, stronger relationships and more time for families to actually be together. That's what we're really here to provide.”
Mathew Scott of Innervision Global said:
"This recognition celebrates Harriet and Caroline's commitment to professionalism, quality service and a genuinely people-focused approach to modern housekeeping.
